Build your future with us
We are looking for a motivated person to join our retail team.
The current limitation
An information page is not yet a hiring workflow.
Shopify can host a page and a contact form, but roles, resumes, and applicant statuses often end up split across emails, documents, and spreadsheets.
CareerFlow connects the public page to an operational workflow inside the app. Before and after
From scattered applications to a readable workflow.
The transformation does not require a new website or a complex ATS.
Page, inbox, and manual spreadsheet
- Roles are updated manually
- Resumes arrive in a general inbox
- Applicant status lives somewhere else
Storefront and management connected
- Roles start in the app admin
- Resumes and answers stay attached to each applicant
- Status and archive are managed in one place

They submit personal data, answers, and a resume from the store careers page.
- 2CareerFlow stores the application
Data, status, and resume file are stored in the app database and remain available in the admin.
